- QF Butterfly Valve
QF Butterfly Valves have a standard locking quadrant handle which enables users to regulate air volumes, for use in only clean air applications. The shaft is a ¾” square rod.
- QF Vibration Isolator
The QF Vibration Isolator is used to reduce vibrations from the fan to the ducting system. They are manufactured in 3 to 40 inch diameters, with 18, 20 or 22 ga. Galvanized or 304SS, and in lengths of 6.5,7 and 10“ based on the diameter.
- QF Viewing Spool
QF Viewing Spools are used to allow a view of material flow and consist of a QF duct with a section of acrylic glass with 3/8” threaded rods. They are manufactured in 3 to 18” diameter, 22, and 20 ga. Galv. or 304SS, with an optional 18 ga. Galv., all in 12.5” lengths.
- QF Jet Cap
The QF Jet Cap is used to prevent rain from entering. The Inner funnel piece allows rain to drain out of ductwork even when system is not running. There are 3 angle brackets for guy wire attachment. They install in seconds with a Standard QF Clamp. QF Jet Caps are manufactured in 3 to 24” in diameter with 20 and 22 ga., Galv. or 304SS.
- No-Loss Stackhead
QF No- Loss Stackheads are used to eliminate back pressure on fans when exhausting from fans or stacks through the roofs, while also providing weather protection. Stackheads come with Flange for guy wire attachment. QF No-Loss Stackheads are manufactured in 3 to 24” in diameter with 20 and 22 ga., Galv. or 304SS.
QF Silencers can significantly reduce the noise in a dust collection system, improving sound levels from fans and equipment. Due to varying applications, no decibel testing has been performed on this product. Silencers are manufactured in Galv. or 304SS.
- QF Ball Joint
The QF Ball Joints allow for up to 22° of movement off center. This makes a good fit for systems that have machines with moving dust ports. They are manufactured with Galvanized Steel only, in 4 to 14” diameter, 20, 18, 16, 14ga., and in lengths of 4.5 to 17.5”, all based on the diameter.
- Sliding Access Panel
QF Sliding Access Panels (SAP) are used to allow access without removable of pipe, with the length equal to the nominal pipe length. They allow users easy, tool-free ducting access to clean out any clogs or gain access to spark detection/suppression equipment. The inside of the SAP is extremely smooth and tag-free.
- QF Bleed-in Valve
QF Bleed-in Valves are used to adjust airflow to balance system by introducing ambient air. They are manufactured in 3 to 24” diameters, 22, and 20 ga. Galv. or 304SS, with an optional 18 ga. Galv., all in 11” lengths.
- QF In-Line Back Draft Damper
QF In-Line Back Draft Dampers are used to reduce backward air flow in the line. They are designed for use in a horizontal line. Please specify if a vertical operation and upward air flow is required in the application. Manufactured with 16 or 18 ga Galv. and 18 or 20 ga. 304SS.
- QF Suction Nozzle Assembly
The QF Suction Nozzle Assemblies are used for suction cleaning and affixed to a hose. They are manufactured in 4” diameter, Galvanized or 304SS, standard 22 ga. with an optional 18 ga.
- QF Floor Sweep
QF Floor Sweeps are attached to ducting systems via a clamp and provide a quick, easy way to dispose of dust in a shop or manufacturing plant. They can be used for other applications as well, such as a paper trim/dust collection system. QF Floor sweep ID’s are 3 to 12” and are manufactured in 20ga., standard Galv., or optional 304SS.
